Ligeia was sitting in an alcove in the back of the Library, she'd tracked down the book that Quentin had told her about at dinner the night before and was
curled up in a chair reading it. Her hair was down today, and she was wearing a white teeshirt and blue jeans. She was so into the book that she wouldn't
have noticed anything around her. She'd been up since nearly 5 AM and had been reading since 5:30. As she read, her breath would fog and her face would
frost slightly when she got excited about a passage.

Quintin entered the library looking for Ligeia and found her in the back alcove. He smiled as he approached and recognised the book. "Good read
innit." He said his accent coming out a little stronger than usual.

Ligeia jumped, her entire body icing over, book, chair and all. It faded quickly as she looked up and smiled, blushing slightly, "Good Morning, Quentin,
yes it is!"

Quin chuckled. "Morning, thought I might find you here. Which part are you up to?" He asked taking a seat on a chair next to her.

"Where the guy with one ear is chasing the powered guy through the Siberian wastelands," She said with a smile. "It's a wonderful
book!" She said excitedly. "Thank you for suggesting it," she smiled.

"Oh right after that part is my favorite, I wont ruin it but it's done really well." He said leaning forward in his seat before shrugging
"Don't mention it, perhaps you could return the favour sometime." He said with a grin.

Ligeia nodded, "Of course," she smiled. "What's your favorite Genre?" she asked curiously.

"Fantasy." Quintin responded rather quickly. "Fables about hero's who fight with sword and spells to slay dragons and tyrants and things. My
favorite is Julian the Man-mountain. He's over 7 feet tall and used a shield and mallet so heavy only he can wield them." He said with a grin
"It's said that no mortal weapon can get past his shield and no mere armor could cusion a blow from his mighty mallet..." Quintin stopped when he
realised he was getting carried away.

"Sounds like another good one," Ligeia smiled, she loved how enthustiastic he was about books. "Have you read The Fae Runes?" she asked.

Quintin shook his head, "Can't say I have, what's it about?" He asked.

"Oh it's a great book, full of adventure. It's about a coven of witch's that are trying to take over the world, but they need fae's
ancient runes to power their spells. The runes are shared between the Fae clans, and spread far and wide, and the fae have to keep the witches from getting
them, they recruit the world's best warriors and sorcerers to keep them safe from the witches and..." She realized she was going to tell him the
entire book so she stopped, adding, "There's a hilarious singing bard in it too... His name is Quin." She added with a grin.

Quintin chuckled "Sounds good, do you know if this library has it?" He asked taking a brief look around.

Ligeia nodded, "It's in the fantasy section. I read it the first day I got here."

"Ah, cool." Quintin said before standing up to go find it. He stopped and turned around as if he wanted to say something but just shook his head and
kept going.

Ligeia watched him go and then turned her head towards the window to smile excitedly. She gave a low squeal, so that he couldn't hear her and covered her
face with the open book, she was giddy and bubbly. She'd laid in bed with thoughts of Quentin dancing in her head most of the night. He was so cute. She
quickly tried to regain her composure, of course, she'd never say anything about it to anyone, but she was quickly developing quite a crush on him.

Quintin found the book easily enough but dawdled a little anyway. He was trying to stay cool so he didn't come across as a dork, he liked ligeia but
didn't want to seem like some weirdo or creep since they'd just met. Everything he did he double guessed.

Ligeia put the book back in her lap and tried to read once more, she spared a glance in the direction of the fantasy section, but didn't see Quentin, she
sat back in her chair, her eyes cutting up to see if he was there every few seconds. She read the same sentence about six times and finally gave up all
together.

Quintin finally returned with the book. "Found it, I'm still getting used to this library." He added with a chuckle as if to explain what took
him so long.

"Isn't it huge?" she asked, "I'd never seen so many books before. The library at home is rather small, I would guess a quarter the size
of this one, and it served the entire town," she said.

Quin nodded taking a seat again. "Yeah, after school I used to go the library nearby to wait for my dad to pick me up. It was about this size so there
were all sorts of books to read. I'm glad this place has such a good library too."

"Oh? So, are you're parents still together?" she asked, not an odd question since most kids parent's weren't.
